Want to start your life guarding experience early? Join our Jr. Lifeguard program and become part of our team! We recommend ages 7-15.

General Information
  • This program is focused on teaching participants the key aspects to preventing injuries and ensuring safety in and around the water.
  • This course will guide participants through activities to learn skills that could prepare them for a full Life guarding Course.
  • Participants are welcomed and encouraged to shadow our awesome Cove lifeguards in their daily job duties. Shadow shift sign-up times will be available for pick-up.
